We’re a small, family-owned real estate development company based in Rogers, Arkansas, founded by Matt and Lauren Loos. As a family raising two young boys in Northwest Arkansas, we have a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods, trails, local businesses, and outdoor spaces that make this region such a special place to call home.

The name Trailborne reflects our family’s love for exploring the world around us, particularly on two wheels, and our belief that great places should connect people to their surroundings. In Northwest Arkansas, trails are more than recreational amenities. They’re part of the fabric of our communities, connecting people, neighborhoods, and opportunities.

With a background in civil engineering, land development, and placemaking, we see potential in overlooked properties and underutilized spaces. Our focus is on creating thoughtful infill developments that expand housing opportunities, respect the character of established neighborhoods, and encourage a more connected way of living.

We’re not interested in development simply for the sake of development. We believe small projects can make a lasting difference when guided by intentional design, environmental stewardship, and a genuine commitment to community.
